Serving Information:

I really love this. I got these just to sample and I’m pleasantly surprised at how well I have been sleeping. I got this to help sleep deeper through menopausal hot flashes (along with different herbs for the hot flashes) Anyways I really do sleep deeper and when I do have a hot flash I am able to go back to sleep -it is just fantastic and I’m grateful!

Great for travel

My husband and I travel frequently and these are perfect to have on hand for travel. They aren't as bulky as the bottle and we don't have to worry about leaking or glass breaking in our travel bags.
