I’ve been using the balm stick for a few weeks now, and it’s been helping with discomfort from strained muscles around my tennis elbow. I haven’t had to take any ibuprofen lately, even though I was using it regularly before this balm. I’m impressed.

I’ve been using this for years. It works for me. A quarter or half dropper under the tongue before bed. I only use it occasionally when I think I’m going to need it. (Sometimes if I eat chocolate or have a glass of wine both which keep me up.)
