I only take .25 right before bed, the taste is strong, but I have vitamins that are worse. I am a light sleeper, and my anxiety can often keep me awake for hours laying in bed, especially if I took my ADD medicine too late. I just finished the bottle, and OMG, I knock out so quickly after laying down, and if I wake up for any reason in the night, I fall right back asleep!!! This is so huge! It is expensive, but peaceful sleep does not have a price. It affects everything!

I really like this CBN. I do feel like it helps me stay asleep. I don't notice it helping me fall asleep. My main issue was getting a good night sleep (in the little time I do get) so this has been amazing. I am sure it is helpful for my joints (anti-inflammatory) as well. While I think it is worth it I won't be able to purchase every month due to the price. If you can afford it, that's great!! Hopefully I can one day

This stuff actually works for sleep! I’ve tried every natural remedy under the sun including other CBD brands and a handful of prescriptions and this stuff is hands down the best! Been taking it for a little over a month and sleeping like a baby, glad I found this amazing product!

I love all these products, but this one is by far my favorite. Out like a light, and I STAY asleep!

Love it. Would recommend. I use it during the day to chill tfo and before bed to relax fully.
