**UPDATE 2/16/21: USPS is still experiencing delays all across the country, as well as International shipments. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of USPS.
If you are in need of a shipping update, please refer to your tracking information, we do not have any additional information regarding the whereabouts of your package, what you see is what we see.
Domestic shipments: If your shipment has not been scanned by USPS within 10 days of the last scan, please reach out with your order number and we'll get a replacement ready for you as soon as possible.
International shipments: Packages purchased with First Class Package International are being delayed up to 14-30 days without a scan. We know these delays are not ideal but please be patient, it's on the way, we promise, just arriving a little later than expected!
Also, please keep in mind that we are a small business of badass women taking over the CBD industry. That being said, it may take up to 24 hours to hear a response at times. We may be off chasing kids, setting up a zoom classroom, or in the warehouse packing orders!
