Domestic shipments: If your shipment has not been scanned by USPS/UPS within 10 days of the last scan, please reach out with your order number and we'll get a replacement ready for you as soon as possible.
International shipments: If you do not see your country at checkout anymore, that is because we have not been able to successfully ship to your country. It is not an error, unfortunately, certain areas of our globe are no longer accepting our shipments - We are working hard to have our products back into your hands, it will just take some time.
Also, please keep in mind that we are a small business of badass women taking over the CBD industry. That being said, it may take up to 24 hours to hear a response at times. We may be off chasing kids, setting up a zoom classroom, or in the warehouse packing orders!
