Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
At this time, we cannot return or exchange accidentally spilled bottles. So please be careful while recording your Instagram stories with your CBD in the other hand.
Please note returned items must be unopened, unused and be returned in original packaging. When your refund is issued, return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please include order number, name on order and shipping address
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
Please allow 5 days after your return is received by us for your refund to be processed.
For orders that are damaged in shipping, please do not discard. Contact us via email within 7 days of when you order is received with a picture of the damage. We will ship you a new order immediately free of charge.
