Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

 

Not happy with your order? We're here to help! 

We offer refunds and/or exchanges, if applicable, within 30 days of receiving your order. 

 

Return Policy: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your first NūVita CBD purchase, you may return the product for a refund to the original payment method. Any unused product must be shipped back to NūVita within 30 days of delivery date to be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service at info@nuvitacbd.com, and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

For returning customers dissatisfied with your product, the product may be returned within 30 days for a one-time partial refund of 50% to the original payment method or a store credit.

*Note: All prepaid return labels will be sent to the email associated with the order we have on file. If you need the return shipping label sent to a different email address, please specify in your request to return.

**Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount when the return is received by our Shipping & Handling department.

To initiate a return, complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us at info@nuvitacbd.com 
  2. Please include:
  • Order Number
  • Name on Order
  • Shipping Address
  • Batch Number
  • Reason for Return in your email.
  • Print Return Label - If you do not receive your return label within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before requesting a new label.
  • Send all items you wish to return back to us.

Please allow 5 days after your return is received by us for your refund to be processed.



Exchange Policy: NūVita CBD will honor an exchange for products only if they arrive damaged. Some instances may require the product to be returned to us. If that is the case, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

For orders that arrive damaged, please do not discard. Contact us via email  within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the damage in your exchange request. We will ship you a new order immediately free of charge.

*Note: NūVita is not responsible for accidentally spilled bottles. Please protect your investment by storing all NūVita CBD bottles upright and out of reach of children.

    • Order number
    • Name on Order
    • Shipping Address
    • Photo(s) of the damage.
  1. In the rare event that the product needs to be returned, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to the email address that is associated with the order.

**Nuvita reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please check back frequently to note any changes.

***If there is no access to a printer, the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs associated with the return - These costs are non-refundable
