Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Not happy with your order? We're here to help! We offer refunds and/or exchanges, if applicable, within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Nuvita CBD purchase, you may return the product for a refund to the original payment method.

If it is within 30 days of delivery, and your product is unopened, you are eligible for a 100% refund.*

If it is within 30 days of delivery, and your product is opened and/or used, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.*

In both cases, we kindly ask that the product be shipped back to our headquarters using the pre-paid shipping label provided**. This label will be emailed to you after you fill out the following Return Request Form.


Please allow 5 days after your return is received by us for your refund to be processed.

After the form is filled out, a member of our team will be in touch to send you a Pre-Paid Return Label.

Please use this label to send all items you wish to return back to us. (If you do not receive your return label within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before requesting a new label.)

If there is no access to a printer, the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs associated with the return - These costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchange Policy

Nuvita CBD will honor an exchange for products only if they arrive damaged. Some instances may require the product to be returned to us. If that is the case, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For orders that arrive damaged, please do not discard. Contact us via email  within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the damage in your exchange request. We will ship you a new order immediately free of charge.

In the rare event that the product needs to be returned, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to the email address that is associated with the order.


 

Protect Your Investment

Proper storage of our products is extremely important - Due to the nature of our products, please protect your investment by storing all Nuvita CBD bottles upright (not upside down or sideways), in a cool and dry place, and out of reach of children.

*Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount when the return is received by our Shipping and Handling department.

**All prepaid return labels will be sent to the email associated with the order we have on file. If you need the return shipping label sent to a different email address, please specify in your request to return.
