Shipping Policy

Every NūVita CBD order is packed with extra love by our hard-working shipping team. Orders are shipped from our Michigan fulfillment center within 1-2 business days, M-F.

Most orders placed before 2:30 PM M-F, will be shipped the same day. All orders placed on Fridays after 2:30 PM EST, will be fulfilled and shipped on the following Monday.


We make every attempt to fulfill your orders in a timely manner, however, we cannot guarantee delivery times with the current state of our shipping carriers. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly, traffic flow for packages can change at any time.

An Email Confirmation will be sent once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped soon thereafter with tracking information.

If you are in need of additional information regarding the whereabouts of your package, you can reach us via email at between 9 AM – 5 PM  EST, M-F.



The shipping estimates that are given at checkout are auto-generated per the shipping service, that timing is not a guarantee, it is an estimate subject to change at any time. Typical shipping times are between 3-10 business days.*

At this time we do not offer refunds for shipping costs for orders that are not delivered by their estimated delivery date. This includes all Domestic & International shipping carriers offered in check out.

Required Signature Deliveries: In the event no one is available to sign, a note will be left indicating the attempted delivery, and will provide instructions to receive your package. After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to NuVita CBD. After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to NūVita CBD.

**Expect Shipping Delays: Carriers are still experiencing increased delivery times and lags on tracking at the moment. If your order hasn't moved in over seven days, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for an update. 


Now introducing Route Shipping Protection!

Every order placed through our online store has the option to receive premium package tracking services from Route. Adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout, means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen.

  • Shipping issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” can be approved no earlier than 5 days after “delivery date” and no later than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.
  • Photos required for damaged shipping issues.
  • Shipping issues for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") can be after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Any additional concerns regarding your order aside from a lost, damaged, or stolen package, will be handled by NūVita customer service, this includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Missing product(s) in package
  • Incorrect product(s) in package
  • Address changes (after the order has been shipped we cannot change address)

Route is also a platform that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. Whether you’re tracking via the Route App or online, Route's real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery.

**Route protection costs are non-refundable.

Taxes & Duties

All international packages may be subject to duties and tariffs. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
