Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped via USPS within 3 business days of your order.  Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. USPS Priority Mail remains a non-guaranteed service. There is no money back guarantee if items that are sent via Priority Mail, delay or do not arrive by the scheduled delivery date. For UPS next day delivery, we are not liable for a package that does not arrive in the allotted time given by the carrier. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly.  During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.

All orders placed on Fridays after 2:30 pm EST will ship the following Monday.

**Expect Shipping Delays: Carriers nationally are experiencing increased delivery times + lags on tracking at the moment. If your order hasn't moved in over seven days, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for an update. 

Required Signature Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery.  After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to Nuvita.

An Email Confirmation will be sent once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped.

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
