Every Nuvita CBD order is packed with extra love by our hard-working shipping team. Orders are shipped from our Michigan fulfillment center within 1-2 business days, M-F.
Most orders placed before 2:30 PM M-F, will be shipped the same day. All orders placed on Fridays after 2:30 PM EST, will be fulfilled and shipped on the following Monday.
We make every attempt to fulfill your orders in a timely manner, however, we cannot guarantee delivery times with the current state of our shipping carriers. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly, traffic flow for packages can change at any time.
An Email Confirmation will be sent once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped soon thereafter with tracking information.

The shipping estimates that are given at checkout are auto-generated per the shipping service, that timing is not a guarantee, it is an estimate subject to change at any time. Typical shipping times are between 3-10 business days.*
At this time we do not offer refunds for shipping costs for orders that are not delivered by their estimated delivery date. This includes all Domestic & International shipping carriers offered in check out.
Required Signature Deliveries: In the event no one is available to sign, a note will be left indicating the attempted delivery, and will provide instructions to receive your package. After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to NuVita CBD.
In the rare case that there is an error with delivery, and the shipping carrier is unable to recover the package after you have filed a claim with the carrier - Please reach out to us with proof of claim, and we will send a one-time replacement.
Any issues thereafter, will need to be covered by the customer, or an alternative delivery arrangement must be made to ensure your package is delivered successfully.
Received the wrong products, or not enough? No worries!
Please reach out to email@example.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of your packing slip and products received and we will send your missing item(s)!
Third-Party Shipping Options to Forbidden Regions
Unfortunately, there are regions of the globe that we are unable to ship to - We promise it's not because we don't want to, trust us, we want you to get your hands on our products!
We're not allowed to ship to you for a reason. Due to various local customs laws, we quite literally, cannot ship to a specific region because of the laws set in place by the country itself.
You may be asking "CBD is legal here!" Our answer to that is: Yes, we know, but it isn't legal to import unless it meets the specific requirements to do so. It is just as upsetting to us as it is to our loyal customers and we're working day and night to implement ways to ship to you in a safe and law abiding manner.
With that said, using an alternative option to ship our products to an address outside of our allowed shipping zone(s) is considered an illegal transportation of goods.
By risking it and going against this policy, and under the unfortunate circumstance that your shipment is seized by customs, Nuvita CBD is not responsible to recover any losses associated with taking the risk to ship our products to a region where this act is considered illegal.
