Such a perfect gummy!
When I am in pain I take 2 of these and it helps ease my pain . If not in pain I take this before bed then an hour later a take a CBN gummie which I find combining the 2 by far get the best sleep this way .
I LOVE these gummies! I take a half around noon to help me stay focused on my daily tasks and to help navigate "mom brain." I then take the other half around 2:30-3pm when my kids get home from school. I find that I get easily over stimulated with all of the things that come in the hours after school. A half of a gummy really helps to calm my nervous system so that i don't snap and can actually hear my own mind thinking. I could say so much about these gummies, they are phenomenal! Highly recommend!!
